What surfaces can accomodate the bounce house?
A flat level surface! This includes, grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, and carpet. The bounce house will not be placed on dirt, rock, or gravel.
How often are bounce houses cleaned?
We clean and disinfect all bounce houses after each use. We will always deliver a perfect bounce house to your celebration.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes. Reservations will not be held until $150 security deposit has been made. If your event is cancelled, we will gladly reschedule up to one year from your initial date. If you book online, the deposit is required at check out.
Can I decorate the bounce house myself?
You are welcome to decorate the bounce house with balloons as it comes equipped with hooks. If you'd like a referral for a balloon arch, we are more than happy to help! We just ask that you do not use any confetti or glitter.
Is the delivery fee included in the rental?
Yes, delivery and pick up are included in the rental fee. A delivery fee will only be charged if the location is more than 25 miles away.
How long do I get the bounce house for?
The rentals are for 6 hours. If you need to extend your hours, we are happy to discuss that prior to booking.
Does an adult need to manage the bounce house?
Yes. If there are children under the age of 16, we do ask that there is adult supervision.
